بَابُ هَلْ يَبِيتُ أَصْحَابُ السِّقَايَةِ أَوْ غَيْرُهُمْ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى:
Chapter. May those who provide the pilgrims with water stay at Makkah during the nights of Mina?
Hadith 1743
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet permitted the people who provided the pilgrims with water to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina.
Hadith 1744
ح حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذِنَ .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: That the Prophet allowed people who provided the pilgrims with water to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina.
Hadith 1745
ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، " أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، اسْتَأْذَنَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِيَبِيتَ بمكة لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِ ، فَأَذِنَ لَهُ " تَابَعَهُ أَبُو أُسَامَةَ وَعُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ وَأَبُو ضَمْرَةَ .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: Al-Abbas asked the permission from the Prophet to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina in order to provide water to the people, so the Prophet allowed him.
