بَابُ فَضْلِ الْحَرَمِ:
Chapter. The superiority of the Haram (of Makkah).
Hadith 1587
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قال : قال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ : " إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَلَدَ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ لَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ ، وَلَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ ، وَلَا يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ إِلَّا مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا " .
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: On the Day of the Conquest of Mecca, Allah's Apostle said, "Allah has made this town a sanctuary. Its thorny bushes should not be cut, its game should not be chased, and its fallen things should not be picked up except by one who would announce it publicly."
وَقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : إِنَّمَا أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الْبَلْدَةِ الَّذِي حَرَّمَهَا وَلَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ سورة النمل آية 91 , وَقَوْلِهِ جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ : أَوَلَمْ نُمَكِّنْ لَهُمْ حَرَمًا آمِنًا يُجْبَى إِلَيْهِ ثَمَرَاتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ رِزْقًا مِنْ لَدُنَّا وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لا يَعْلَمُونَ سورة القصص آية 57 .
And Allah the Exalted said (in Surah An-Naml): "I have only been commanded to worship the Lord of this city, Who has made it sacred and to Whom belongs all things. And I am commanded to be of those who submit (to Allah in Islam)." And Allah the Exalted said in Surah Al-Qasas: "Have We not established for them a secure sanctuary, to which are brought fruits of all kinds as provision from Us? But most of them do not know."
Hadith 1587
