بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّقْصِيرِ وَكَمْ يُقِيمُ حَتَّى يَقْصُرَ:

(1) Chapter. What is said about the shortened praers and for what period of stay one should offer shortened prayers.

بَابُ الصَّلاَةِ بِمِنًى:

(2) Chapter. As-Salat (the prayers) at Mina (during Hajj).

بَابُ كَمْ أَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّتِهِ:

(3) Chapter. How long did the Prophet ﷺ stay during his Hajj?

بَابٌ في كَمْ يَقْصُرُ الصَّلاَةَ:

(4) Chapter. What is the length of the journey that makes it permissible for one to offer a shortened Salat (prayer)?

بَابُ يَقْصُرُ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ مَوْضِعِهِ:

(5) Chapter. When a traveller leaves his original place, he can shorten his Salat (prayers).

بَابُ يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ ثَلاَثًا فِي السَّفَرِ:

(6) Chapter. To offer three Raka of Maghrib prayer during a journey.

بَابُ صَلاَةِ التَّطَوُّعِ عَلَى الدَّوَابِّ وَحَيْثُمَا تَوَجَّهَتْ بِهِ:

(7) Chapter. To offer the optional non-obligatory Salat (Nawafil) on the back of animals (Rahila) in whatever direction the animal goes.

بَابُ الإِيمَاءِ عَلَى الدَّابَّةِ:

(8) Chapter. To offer the Salat by signs (while riding) on an animal (Rahila).

بَابُ يَنْزِلُ لِلْمَكْتُوبَةِ:

(9) Chapter. To get down in order to offer the prescribed (compulsory) Salat (prayer).

بَابُ صَلاَةِ التَّطَوُّعِ عَلَى الْحِمَارِ:

(10) Chapter. To offer the Nawafil (optional - non-obligatory) while riding a donkey.

بَابُ مَنْ لَمْ يَتَطَوَّعْ فِي السَّفَرِ دُبُرَ الصَّلاَةِ وَقَبْلَهَا:

(11) Chapter. Whoever did not offer the Nawafil (optional - non-obligatory) before and after the (compulsory) Salat (prayer) during a journey.

2 hadith (1101 — 1102)

بَابُ مَنْ تَطَوَّعَ فِي السَّفَرِ فِي غَيْرِ دُبُرِ الصَّلَوَاتِ وَقَبْلَهَا:

(12) Chapter. Whoever offered Nawafil (optional - non-obligatory) prayers, not after the compulsory Salat (prayer) but before it.

بَابُ الْجَمْعِ فِي السَّفَرِ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ:

(13) Chapter. To offer Maghrib and Isha prayers together on a joumey.

بَابُ هَلْ يُؤَذِّنُ أَوْ يُقِيمُ إِذَا جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ:

(14) Chapter. Should the Adhan or Iqama be pronounced when the Maghrib and Isha prayers are offered together?

بَابُ يُؤَخِّرُ الظُّهْرَ إِلَى الْعَصْرِ إِذَا ارْتَحَلَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَزِيغَ الشَّمْسُ:

(15) Chapter. To delay the SaIat-uz-Zuhr prayers till the Asr prayers if one has set off before noon.

بَابُ إِذَا ارْتَحَلَ بَعْدَ مَا زَاغَتِ الشَّمْسُ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ ثُمَّ رَكِبَ:

(16) Chapter. Whenever a person travels after midday, he should offer the Zuhr prayers and then ride for a journey.

بَابُ صَلاَةِ الْقَاعِدِ:

(17) Chapter. To offer Salat (prayers) while sitting.

بَابُ صَلاَةِ الْقَاعِدِ بِالإِيمَاءِ:

(18) Chapter. To offer Salat (prayers) by signs while sitting.

بَابُ إِذَا لَمْ يُطِقْ قَاعِدًا صَلَّى عَلَى جَنْبٍ:

(19) Chapter. Whoever cannot offer Salat (prayers) while sitting, can offer Salat while lying on his side.

1 hadith (1117 — 1117)

بَابُ إِذَا صَلَّى قَاعِدًا ثُمَّ صَحَّ أَوْ وَجَدَ خِفَّةً تَمَّمَ مَا بَقِيَ:

(20) Chapter. Whoever starts his Salat (prayer) sitting (because of ailment) and then during the Salat (prayer) feels better, can finish the rest while standing. 138
