بَابُ هَلْ يَبِيتُ أَصْحَابُ السِّقَايَةِ أَوْ غَيْرُهُمْ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى:Chapter. May those who provide the pilgrims with water stay at Makkah during the nights of Mina?

ح حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذِنَ .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: That the Prophet allowed people who provided the pilgrims with water to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina.
