The Book of Hajj
بَابُ التَّلْبِيَةِ وَالتَّكْبِيرِ غَدَاةَ النَّحْرِ، حِينَ يَرْمِي الْجَمْرَةَ، وَالاِرْتِدَافِ فِي السَّيْرِ:
(101) Chapter. The recitation of Talbiya and Takbir in the morning of the day of Nahr till the Ramy of Jamarat-al-Aqaba and riding behind somebody else on a riding animal.
Hadith 1685
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، " أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْدَفَ الْفَضْلَ ، فَأَخْبَرَ الْفَضْلُ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ " .
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet made Al-Fadl ride behind him, and Al-Fadl informed that he (the Prophet ) kept on reciting Talbiya till he did the Rami of the Jamra. (Jamrat-Al-`Aqaba.)
