The Book of Hajj
بَابُ مَنْ قَدَّمَ ضَعَفَةَ أَهْلِهِ بِلَيْلٍ، فَيَقِفُونَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ وَيَدْعُونَ وَيُقَدِّمُ إِذَا غَابَ الْقَمَرُ:
(98) Chapter. Whosoever sent the weak amongst his family (women and children) early (from Al-Muzdalifa to Mina) at night after the moon had set. They stayed at Al-Muzdalifa and invoked Allah there and proceeded from there when the moon had set.
Hadith 1677
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : " بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ " .
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: Allah's Apostle had sent me from Jam' (i.e. Al-Muzdalifa) at night.
