Hadith Commentary:
The meaning of "mabroor" is "accepted," therefore, the "Hajj Mabroor" refers to that pilgrimage (Hajj) which attains the honor of acceptance in the sight of Allah.
Only that Hajj is accepted by Allah which is performed purely for seeking Allah’s pleasure, in which there is not even a trace of ostentation, and during which no sin is committed.
However, it is unfortunate that today’s material advancements have destroyed the morals and actions of people; most of the honored pilgrims, after completing Hajj, bring back such things—regardless of whether they are permissible or impermissible—which become a cause for a sinful life forever, and by attaching the word "Haji" to their names, they find an excuse to exploit people.
