Hadith 738
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَوْفِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الطَّائِيُّ ، قَالَ : ثنا دُحَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا الْوَلِيدُ ، قَالَ : ثنا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ : أَيَّ أَزْوَاجِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَعَاذَتْ مِنْهُ ، فَقَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، أَنَّ ابْنَةَ الْجَوْنِ لَمَّا دَخَلَتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَدَنَا مِنْهَا ، فَقَالَتْ : أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْكَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عُذْتِ بِعَظِيمٍ الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ " ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ : الْحَقِي بِأَهْلِكِ تَطْلِيقَةٌ .
Awza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him): Which wife of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was it who sought refuge from him? He said: 'Urwah bin Zubair narrated to me from Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the daughter of Jun came into the private chamber of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) (after marriage) and he approached her, she said: "I seek refuge with Allah from you." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "You have sought refuge with a Great One; go back to your family." Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says: Saying "go back to your family" constitutes a divorce.
