Hadith 677
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، قَالَ أنا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، ح وَثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ : يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تَنَاجَشُوا ، وَلا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ ، وَلا يَبِعِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلا يَخْطُبِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ ، وَلا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاقَ أُخْتِهَا " ، زَادَ عَلِيٌّ : لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا .
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not artificially raise prices (by bidding to increase the price), no townsman should sell for a villager, no man should make a deal over the deal of his (Muslim) brother, no man should propose over the proposal of his (Muslim) brother, and no woman should demand the divorce of her (Muslim) sister so that she may pour out her vessel.
