Hadith 477
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ ، قَالَ : ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَخَّصَ لِلرِّعَاءِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا " .
Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the camel herders to stone (the pillars) one day and not to stone the next day.
