22 اخْتِيَارُ اللَّحْدِ عَلَى الشَّقِّ وَتَعْمِيقِ الْقَبْرِ وَتَوْسِيعِهِ وَدَفْنِ الْاثْنَيْنِ وَالثَّلَاثَةِ فِي قَبْرٍ وَاحِدٍ إِذَا اقْتَضَى الْحَالُ ذَالِكَ

Preferring the niche grave over the trench, deepening and widening the grave, and burying two or three in one grave if necessary

23 مِنْ أَيْنَ يُدْخَلُ الْمَيِّتُ قَبْرَهُ وَمَا يُقَالُ عِنْدَ ذَالِكَ وَمَنْ يُدْخِلُهُ ، وَمَا جَاءَ فِي الْحَشْيِ فِي الْقَبْرِ وَانْتِظَارِ الْفَرَاغِ مِنَ الدَّفْنِ
