Brief Explanation
Benefits: … In all the aforementioned ahadith, the examples of cruelty towards animals that have been presented are the amusements of thoughtless people, while in these amusements great cruelty is being inflicted upon animals. The Shari‘ah even commands kindness towards animals at the time of slaughter, meaning that such a method of slaughter should be adopted by which the animal feels the least possible pain. All such amusements are impermissible; making animals fight is also included in this.
