It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would come to his bed, he would gather his palms together and blow into them in such a way that a little saliva would also be present, and he would recite these Surahs in them: Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq, and Surah Nas. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would wipe both hands over his body as far as possible, starting from his head and face, then wiping over the front part of his body. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would repeat this action three times and would do this every night.
