Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would go to the toilet, he would recite this supplication: «أَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ» … "I seek refuge with Allah from filth and evil ones."
