(Second chain) He said to me: Mehran narrated to me that he passed by the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, called him, saying: Maymun! Or Mehran! We are such a household that we have been forbidden from (accepting) charity. Our slaves are also from among us, and we do not eat charity.
