Hadith 332

It is narrated from Hasan bin Jabir (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) declared certain things forbidden on the day of Khaybar and then said: “It is near that one of you will belie me while reclining on his couch, and after my hadith is narrated, he will say: ‘The Book of Allah is sufficient between us and you. Whatever we find lawful in it, we will consider lawful, and whatever we find unlawful in it, we will consider unlawful.’ Beware! Indeed, whatever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) has declared unlawful is like what Allah the Exalted has declared unlawful.”
