Hadith 141

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Awf bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I and the woman with blackish-reddish cheeks who became a widow, and she patiently raised her child and did not remarry, will be together like this in Paradise."

Benefits and Issues:
The chain of narration of this report is weak. However, the virtue of raising orphans is established from other ahadith. And if possible, one should also arrange their marriage, because Allah the Exalted has commanded this in the Noble Qur’an. ( , Surah An-Nur: 32)
