Worship in the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah
① It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنهما that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
ما من أيام العمل الصالح فيها أحب إلى الله من هذه يعني من أيام العشر
"There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these, that is, the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah."
The companions رضي الله عنهم asked: O Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! Is Jihad in the way of Allah included as well?
"Jihad in the way of Allah as well (is not more beloved), except for a person who goes out with his wealth and life and then nothing of him returns."

② It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه that the Noble Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
ما من أيام أحب إلى الله أن يتعبد له فيها من عشر ذي الحجة يعدل صيام يوم منها بصيام سنة ، وقيام كل ليلة منها بقيام ليلة القدر
"Allah does not love any days more than the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah in which He is worshipped. Fasting one day of them is equal to fasting a year, and standing in prayer every night of them is equal to standing in prayer on the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr)."

Reciting Talbiyah in Hajj
① It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
يلبي المقيم والمعتمر حتى يستلم الحجر
"Those who are resident and those performing Umrah will recite Talbiyah until they touch the Black Stone (kiss it, strike it with a stick, or touch it with their hand)."
Reference: This narration is raised and weak, and also reported as sound from the Companion. Abu Dawood, Book of Manasik 1817. Tirmidhi, Book of Hajj from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) 919.
② Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) states, I know how the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to recite Talbiyah:
لبيك اللهم لبيك ، لبيك لا شريك لك لبيك إن الحمد والنعمة لك
"Here I am, O Allah, here I am, here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Verily all praise and blessings are Yours."
In Musnad Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), these words are more:
والملك لا شريك لك
"All sovereignty belongs to You, You have no partner."

Rules of Umrah
① Sayyiduna Umar ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say in the Valley of Aqeeq:
أتاني الليل آت من ربي فقال: صل فى هذا الوادي المبارك و قل : عمرة فى حجة
"Tonight, a visitor came from my Lord and said, pray in this blessed valley and say: I have intended Umrah along with Hajj."
