Seek Sustenance Through Halal Means
One should strive to earn a livelihood through lawful means, as halal sustenance brings contentment and sufficiency without reliance on haram.
Divine Promise for Those Who Fear Allah
Allah Almighty says:
وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ﴿٢﴾ وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ
"And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect." (At-Talaq 2-3)

Ruling on Working for a Person Who Rents Rooms for Haram Activities
It is not permissible to work for a person who rents out furnished rooms and apartments for haram and immoral activities. This falls under the category of assisting in sin and transgression. Any wage earned from such work is also haram, as it is compensation for facilitating sinful activities.
