A narration claims that the mother of the Companion ʿUthmān ibn Abī al-ʿĀṣ رضي الله عنه was present at the time of the birth of the Prophet ﷺ. She reportedly said:
“When Āminah began experiencing labor pains, it seemed as though all the stars were descending toward the earth, to the extent that I feared they might fall to the ground.
And when the Prophet ﷺ was born, every direction I looked, the entire house was filled with light.”
This incident is mentioned in the works of:

✔ Ṭabarānī
✔ al-Bayhaqī
However, the chain of transmission includes individuals unreliable in Hadith, namely:
① Yaʿqūb ibn Muḥammad al-Zuhrī
He is unreliable and lacks credibility.
② ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn ʿUmar ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿAwf
He was a storyteller and a liar, known for fabricating reports.
Though emotionally moving, this narration is:
Unsupported by reliable chains,
Contains fabricators and weak transmitters, and
Cannot be accepted as authentic evidence in the seerah of the Prophet ﷺ.
