❖ Western Reformist Interference: A Threat to Islamic Teachings ❖
Western nations generally refrain from interfering in the internal matters of religions. However, when it comes to Islam, the situation is entirely different. One of the major contemporary projects of the West is the so-called "reformation" of Islam.
Some argue that the West feels compelled to intervene in Islam because Islam involves itself in politics, and therefore needs reform.
But this is a misleading claim.
The relationship between religion and politics is a separate discussion altogether. The more pressing concern is that the Western agenda aims to "correct" Islam even in purely religious areas. For example:
❶ Women's Rights – What is permissible or impermissible for women is an internal matter of religion, not politics.
❷ Hijab, Music, and Homosexuality – These are strictly religious issues, yet the West insists Islam must revise its positions on them.
A religion reserves the right to declare things permissible (ḥalāl) or forbidden (ḥarām) in both personal and collective matters. While others may disagree with that religion’s rulings, forcing a reinterpretation to fit modern preferences is unjust. Yet, the reality is:
❖ The Western agenda to steer religion in a particular direction is undeniable.
❖ Scholars and religious figures who align with the Western viewpoint are amplified in the media.
❖ Media platforms are used to empower select voices and suppress dissenting ones.
It is no secret who controls the global media and what its civilizational agenda is. Through smart maneuvering, efforts are being made to subtly alter Islamic teachings — not through outright coercion, but through scientific and psychological strategies that are far more effective and enduring.
This is no longer just about political matters. Even the core religious foundations of Islam are at stake. If the current trajectory is ignored, the distortion of Islamic teachings could be complete within a few years.
Meanwhile, the Muslim Ummah remains entangled in unnecessary debates, such as:
❖ Getting caught up in political controversies and neglecting core Islamic teachings.
❖ Wasting time debating over historical figures like Yazīd, instead of focusing on present-day threats.
The time to awaken is now. Secularism is advancing at full speed, and the authentic teachings of Islam are at serious risk. If the Muslim Ummah does not correct its priorities at this critical juncture, preserving the original form of Islam in the future will become a formidable challenge.

The "Reformation" of Islam and Western Intervention
Western nations generally refrain from interfering in the internal matters of religions. However, when it comes to Islam, the situation is entirely different. One of the major contemporary projects of the West is the so-called "reformation" of Islam.
⚠ Objection: “Islam Interferes in Politics”
Some argue that the West feels compelled to intervene in Islam because Islam involves itself in politics, and therefore needs reform.
But this is a misleading claim.
The Core Issue: Interference in Purely Religious Matters
The relationship between religion and politics is a separate discussion altogether. The more pressing concern is that the Western agenda aims to "correct" Islam even in purely religious areas. For example:
❶ Women's Rights – What is permissible or impermissible for women is an internal matter of religion, not politics.
❷ Hijab, Music, and Homosexuality – These are strictly religious issues, yet the West insists Islam must revise its positions on them.
⚖ Efforts to Alter Religious Rulings
A religion reserves the right to declare things permissible (ḥalāl) or forbidden (ḥarām) in both personal and collective matters. While others may disagree with that religion’s rulings, forcing a reinterpretation to fit modern preferences is unjust. Yet, the reality is:
❖ The Western agenda to steer religion in a particular direction is undeniable.
❖ Scholars and religious figures who align with the Western viewpoint are amplified in the media.
❖ Media platforms are used to empower select voices and suppress dissenting ones.
Media and the Cultural Agenda
It is no secret who controls the global media and what its civilizational agenda is. Through smart maneuvering, efforts are being made to subtly alter Islamic teachings — not through outright coercion, but through scientific and psychological strategies that are far more effective and enduring.
🛡 The Challenge to Islamic Survival
This is no longer just about political matters. Even the core religious foundations of Islam are at stake. If the current trajectory is ignored, the distortion of Islamic teachings could be complete within a few years.
Meanwhile, the Muslim Ummah remains entangled in unnecessary debates, such as:
❖ Getting caught up in political controversies and neglecting core Islamic teachings.
❖ Wasting time debating over historical figures like Yazīd, instead of focusing on present-day threats.
Conclusion
The time to awaken is now. Secularism is advancing at full speed, and the authentic teachings of Islam are at serious risk. If the Muslim Ummah does not correct its priorities at this critical juncture, preserving the original form of Islam in the future will become a formidable challenge.
