Sunan Abi Dawud Narration: Weak Chain and Scholars’ Statements

What is the authenticity of the following narration?
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه):
إن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أتي بمخنث قد خضب يديه ورجليه بالحناء… فقال: إني نهيت عن قتل المصلين
The Prophet (ﷺ) was brought a man who had effeminate traits and had dyed his hands and feet with henna. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked: “What is the matter with him?” It was said: “O Messenger of Allah, he imitates women.” The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered that he be banished to al-Naqi‘. They asked: “O Messenger of Allah, should we not kill him?” He replied: “I have been prohibited from killing those who pray.”

② Abu Yasar al-Qurashi is majhool (unknown).
✿ Imam al-Daraqutni (رحمه الله) said:
أبو هاشم، وأبو يسار مجهولان، ولا يثبت الحديث
“Abu Hashim and Abu Yasar are both unknown, and this Hadith is not established.”
