Question:
Is it permissible to comb hair during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah?
Answer:
Yes, there is no harm in doing so carefully. If any hair falls out, it will not be harmful, and the reward for the sacrifice will not be reduced. Similarly, if the person intending to offer a sacrifice intentionally cuts their hair or nails, they should not refrain from offering the sacrifice because of this. They will receive the complete reward for the sacrifice, InshaAllah Al-Aziz (If Allah wills, the Almighty).
