Was magic performed on any of the Companions or the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)?

Answer:​

Yes, magic was performed on some of the notable individuals among the Companions and the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).

1. Aisha bint Abi Bakr (رضي الله عنها):
   The Mother of the Believers, Aisha (رضي الله عنها), experienced the effects of magic.
2. Hafsa bint Umar (رضي الله عنها):
   Another of the Prophet's wives, Hafsa (رضي الله عنها), also faced an incident involving magic.
3. Abdullah ibn Umar (رضي الله عنهما):
   The son of Umar ibn al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه), Abdullah ibn Umar (رضي الله عنهما), was similarly afflicted.

Note:
While incidents involving magic occurred, it is essential to remember that such trials were tests of faith, and Allah ultimately protected and guided these noble individuals.
