Question:
What is the ruling on the use of birth control pills for married women?
Answer:
The use of birth control pills by women due to fear of having too many children or concerns about their expenses is not permissible. However, if pregnancy is harmful to the woman's health, or if childbirth cannot happen without surgery, or there is another valid need, then in such situations, the use of these pills is permissible. However, if it is determined by a qualified doctor that the use of these pills is harmful in any other way, the ruling will change accordingly.
