Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله عنه) reported that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would break his fast, he would recite:
"ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ، وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ، وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ"

Note:
This is the most authentic narration regarding supplications at the time of Iftar. Other reported supplications are considered weak.
Anas (رضي الله عنه) narrated that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would have Iftar at someone's place, he would pray for them, saying:
"أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ، وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الْأَبْرَارُ، وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ"
"May the fasting people break their fast with you, may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels invoke blessings upon you."
[‘Amal al-Yawm wa al-Laylah by Ibn al-Sunnī 482, Al-Du'a by Al-Tabarani 925, Ḥasan]
Note:
In some narrations, it is mentioned that the Prophet (ﷺ) would recite this supplication even when eating at someone's house, without the specific condition of Iftar.
[Sunan Abū Dāwūd 3854, Ṣaḥīḥ]
Abu Umamah Al-Bahili (رضي الله عنه) narrated:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'While I was sleeping, two men came to me, held my arms, and brought me to a rugged mountain. They said: Climb it. I replied: I cannot. They said: We will make it easy for you. I climbed until I reached the middle of the mountain, and suddenly I heard loud voices. I asked: What are these voices? They said: These are the cries of the people of Hell. Then I saw a group of people hanging by their tendons, their jaws split open, and blood flowing from them. I asked: Who are these people? They said: These are those who break their fast before it is permissible to do so.'"
