Mu'adhah al-‘Adawiyyah (رضي الله عنها) narrated:
She asked Aisha (رضي الله عنها):
"Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast three days every month?"
She replied:
"Yes."
Mu’adhah then asked:
"Which days of the month did he choose?"
Aisha (رضي الله عنها) replied:
"He did not mind which days of the month he fasted."
[Sahih Muslim: 1160]

➋ Fasting on the White Days – 13th, 14th, and 15th of each lunar month.
