What are the pillars of inheritance?
Answer:
There are three pillars of inheritance. If even one of them is missing, inheritance cannot be established.
① مُوَرِّث (Murith): The deceased or one considered in the ruling of deceased, such as a missing person.
② وَارِث (Warith): The living heirs who are entitled to inherit from the deceased.
③ مَورُوث (Mawrooth): The estate of the deceased, including property, land, or belongings.
