Is it permissible to burn incense in the mosque on Fridays, considering that some people may feel discomfort due to the fragrance or smoke?
Alhamdulillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh. Ammā baʿd!
A person with sound nature is generally not troubled by fragrance. However, if the incense or smoke causes discomfort to some individuals, then it is better to use another form of fragrance that does not cause any harm or annoyance.
