Bequeathing for the Marriage of a Girl with Her Paternal Cousin
It is not necessary to enforce this mentioned bequest, as the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Do not marry off a virgin except with her permission.”
And in another narration:
“The father of the virgin should seek her permission, and her permission is her silence.”
