Are sins from Satan?
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ narrated from Allah, the Lord of Might and Glory:
**
إِنِّي خَلَقْتُ عِبَادِي حُنَفَاءَ، فَاجْتَالَتْهُمُ الشَّيَاطِينُ عَنْ دِينِهِمْ
**
"Indeed, I created My servants as monotheists, then the devils turned them away from their religion."
[Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 4/2197]
The phrase فَاجْتَالَتْهُمُ الشَّيَاطِينُ means:
The devils diverted them from the true path of religion and adorned disbelief and sins for them.
✔ Summary:
Yes, sins are indeed influenced by Satan. According to the Hadith, although humans are created upon the innate disposition of Tawḥīd (monotheism), Satan misleads them and beautifies disbelief and disobedience, thereby turning them away from the true path.
