Answer:
Yes, indeed!
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir رضی اللہ عنہ that he said: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
『لكل داء دواء، فإذا أصاب دواء الداء برئ بإذن الله تعالى』
“There is a cure for every disease. When the remedy is applied to the disease, it recovers by the permission of Allah the Exalted.”
[Sahih Muslim, Hadith no. 2204]
