❀ The Narrative:

It is narrated that Hazrat Abū Bakr (رضي الله عنه) said to his son:

"My son! If any tribulation or chaos ever breaks out, then come and live in that cave where you once saw us hiding. You will receive fresh food there every morning and evening."

📌 Ḥadīth Authentication:

Its chain is weak (اسنادہ ضعیف).

[Sīrat al-Nabī by Ibn Kathīr, Vol. 1, p. 845 | Al-Bidāyah wa al-Nihāyah, Vol. 3, p. 201]

Ḥāfiẓ Ibn Kathīr has transmitted this narration and stated:

Mūsā bin Muṭayyir, a narrator in the chain, is weak and abandoned (ḍaʿīf wa matrūk).
Yaḥyā ibn Maʿīn labeled him a liar (kadhdhāb).
