Subject Matter:


The subject of the knowledge of inheritance includes:


  • The estate (ترکہ),
  • The rightful heirs,
  • And their respective shares.

✔ Objective:​


The objective of acquiring this knowledge is to ensure that rightful heirs receive their due shares justly.


✔ Ruling:​


Acquiring this knowledge is classified as Fard Kifayah (a collective obligation).
