◈ Prophets: Messengers of Guidance for Allah’s Servants
The Prophets (عليهم السلام) are the intermediaries and envoys between Allah ﷻ and His creation. From the very beginning, Allah arranged the guidance of mankind through them.
Whenever people, following their desires, began violating divine commands, engaging in prohibited acts, and usurping the rights of others, Allah would send messengers at intervals to:
✔ Remind people of His commands
✔ Warn them against sin
✔ Offer wise counsel
✔ Recount the lessons from past nations
The Seal of the Prophets, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, was sent as a bringer of glad tidings, a warner, and a radiant lamp inviting to Allah until the Day of Judgment.
He was raised in an era marked by a long absence of prophets, the distortion of divine scriptures, and widespread deviation from the path of truth among all nations.
He ﷺ rescued humanity from the darkness of misguidance and illuminated the path of divine guidance, clearly distinguishing between the righteous and the wicked.

◈ Why Mankind Needs the Prophets
❖ ① The Need to Recognize the Creator
Man is a creation and servant of Allah; it is imperative for him to recognize his Creator and understand what Allah expects of him.
This essential knowledge can only be attained through the guidance of Prophets and Messengers.
❖ ② The Need for Spiritual Nourishment
Man is a combination of body and soul. While physical nourishment comes from food and drink, spiritual nourishment comes only from the Creator, in the form of true religion and righteous action.
The Prophets are the ones who bring this guidance.
❖ ③ Guidance Toward True Religion
Human nature inherently seeks a religion. Man requires a genuine and true path, and only the Prophets and Messengers can provide this direction.
❖ ④ The Path to Allah’s Pleasure and Paradise
Man needs a path that leads him to Allah’s pleasure in this world and eternal bliss in Paradise in the Hereafter.
This path is known only through the teachings of the Prophets.
❖ ⑤ Protection from Enemies
Man is weak, and enemies such as Satan, corrupt companions, and his own evil desires constantly seek to mislead him.
The Prophets provide clear and divine guidance to protect him from these destructive forces.
❖ ⑥ Laws of Justice and Equity
Man is naturally a social being and requires a legal system for harmonious communal life. This system must be based on justice and fairness, and only divine law brought by the Prophets fulfills this requirement in its entirety.
❖ ⑦ Inner Peace and True Happiness
Human beings yearn for peace of heart and genuine happiness. The Prophets lead humanity toward the means of achieving this tranquility and fulfillment.
