Translation of the Hadith
Narrated by Aisha (رضي الله عنها): She said: A poor woman came to me carrying her two daughters. I gave her three dates. She gave each of them a date and raised the third date to her mouth to eat it. Her two daughters demanded it from her, so she broke it into two halves and shared it between them. Her action amazed me, and when I mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ what she had done, he said:
“Indeed, Allah has made Paradise obligatory for her because of this or has freed her from the Hellfire because of it.”
[صحيح، رواه مسلم 2630]
