Answer with the Help of Allah, Provided the Question is Correct

And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings!
Islam is a complete and comprehensive religion that encompasses the goodness of both this world and the Hereafter. This religion serves as a source of goodness and blessings for both men and women. Allah, the Exalted, says:

﴿مَن عَمِلَ صـٰلِحًا مِن ذَكَرٍ أَو أُنثىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤمِنٌ فَلَنُحيِيَنَّهُ حَيو‌ٰةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجزِيَنَّهُم أَجرَهُم بِأَحسَنِ ما كانوا يَعمَلونَ ﴿٩٧﴾﴾
"Whoever does a righteous deed, whether male or female, while he is a believer, We will surely cause him to live a good life. And We will surely give them their reward according to the best of what they used to do."
Reference: An-Nahl: 16:97.

Islam has given special importance to the affairs of women and has elevated them to a high status of honor and respect, provided they firmly adhere to religious guidelines and adopt the qualities that the Shari'ah has outlined.

The Conditions for Women Going to the Mosque

One of the aspects of a woman's religious education is that she has been permitted to participate in congregational prayers and gatherings of remembrance, however, it has also been emphasized that precautionary measures should be taken to ensure she remains safe from fitnah and her honor is preserved.

◈ If a woman seeks permission to go to the mosque, it is not correct to prevent her, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"لاَ تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ"
"Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from the mosques."
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari, Jumu'ah, Chapter 13, Hadith 900. And Musnad Ahmad 2/16, 36, 15.

In one narration, it is stated: " لا تَمْنَعُوا نِسَاءَكُمْ الْمَسَاجِدَ وَبُيُوتُهُنَّ خَيْرٌ لَهُنَّ"
"Do not prevent women from the mosques, but their homes are better for them."
Reference: Sahih Muslim, Salah, Chapter on the Exit of Women to the Mosque, Hadith 565.

In another narration, it is mentioned: "لِيَخْرُجْنَ وَهُنَّ تَفِلاَتٌ"
"Let them go out simply."
Reference: Sunan Abu Dawood, Salah, Chapter on the Exit of Women to the Mosque, Hadith 565.

It is similarly reported in the Sahihain:

"إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَكُمْ نِسَاؤُكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَأْذَنُوا لَهُنَّ "
"When your women seek permission to go to the mosque at night, allow them to go."
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari, Al-Adhan, Chapter on Women Going to Mosques at Night and Early Morning, Hadith 865. And Sahih Muslim, Al-Salat, Chapter on Women Going to Mosques, Hadith 442.

✔ It is necessary for a woman to seek permission from her husband because staying at home is the husband's right, while going to the mosque is permissible, and one cannot abandon an obligation for something permissible. If the husband grants permission, he has relinquished his right.

The Virtue of Praying at Home

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"وَبُيُوتُهُنَّ خَيْرٌ لَهُنَّ "
"Their homes are better for them."
Reference: Sunan Abi Dawood, Al-Salat, Chapter on What is Reported Regarding Women Going to the Mosque, Hadith 567.

This means that it is more virtuous for a woman to pray at home than in the mosque, as she remains safer from temptations at home.

The scholars of Islam have consensus that a woman's prayer at home is better than her prayer in the mosque, as it provides safety and protection from fitnah.

Prohibition of Going Out Adorned and Fragrant

A woman is commanded to adopt simplicity when going to the mosque, avoiding adornment and fragrance, and not displaying shiny clothing and jewelry.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَصَابَتْ بَخُورًا فَلَا تَشْهَدْ مَعَنَا الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ"
"Any woman who applies perfume should not attend the 'Isha prayer with us."
Reference: Sahih Muslim, Al-Salat, Chapter on Women Going to Mosques, Hadith 444.

◈ In such a case, it is forbidden for a woman to leave her home, and it is obligatory for her husband to prevent her.

Avoiding Mixing with Men

When going to the mosque, a woman should remain separate from the crowd of men.

Imam Ibn Qayyim رحمه الله has written that it is the responsibility of Islamic authorities to prevent the mixing of men and women in markets and public gatherings, as this is a cause of great fitnah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدِي فِتْنَةً أَضَرَّ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ"
"I have not left behind a fitnah more harmful to men than women."
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari, Nikah, Chapter on what to fear from the evil of women, Hadith 5096. And Sahih Muslim, Al-Riqaq, Most of the people of Paradise are the poor and most of the people of Hell are women, Hadith 2740.

The Saying of Hazrat Aisha

"If the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were to see the current situation, he would forbid women from coming to the mosque, just as the women of Bani Israel were forbidden."
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari, Al-Adhan, Chapter on waiting for the people when the Imam stands, Hadith 869. And Sahih Muslim, Salah, Chapter on women going to the mosques, Hadith 445.

Warning Against Current Fitnahs

Today, some people proclaim that women should step out alongside men in every field. In reality, this mindset invites fitnah and poses a threat to the honor and dignity of women.

A woman performs great services while staying at home:

① She is a wife who provides tranquility for her husband.
② She is a mother who gives birth to, nurses, and raises her children.
③ She manages the household effectively.

If she neglects these responsibilities, society will be deprived of a crucial pillar, and its foundations will weaken.

Advice to Muslim Women

O Muslim woman! Hold firmly to the teachings of your religion. Do not be influenced by those misleading voices that wish to deprive you of the honor that Islam has granted you. No other system besides Islam has given women such a status.

This is what I have, and Allah knows best.
