Some female teachers do not give students their due rights while evaluating their annual performance. Instead, they make decisions based on personal preferences and biases. What is the ruling of Shariah regarding this?
It is forbidden (ḥarām) for a teacher to oppress a student. Denying a student the position they rightfully deserve or granting a higher position than deserved for certain personal objectives is haram. A teacher must adopt a stance of justice, fairness, and equality, and should give every rightful person their due.
