❀ Additional Phrase in Fajr Adhan
After حي على الفلاح in the Fajr Adhan, add:الصلاة خير من النوم (×2)

✿ Response to the Adhan
For each phrase called by the Mu’adhin, the listener should repeat the same.However, for حي على الصلاة and حي على الفلاح, respond by saying:
لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
There is no power and no strength except with Allah.
✿ Supplication After Adhan
First, recite the complete Salawat (Darood Ibrahim):اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد... إنك حميد مجيد
اللهم بارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد... إنك حميد مجيد
Then, make the following dua:
اللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة، والصلاة القائمة، آت محمداً الوسيلة والفضيلة، وابعثه مقاماً محموداً الذي وعدته
O Allah! Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, grant Muhammad ﷺ the means and the virtue, and raise him to the praised station You have promised him.
✿ Prohibition of Melodious Singing in Adhan
Delivering the Adhan in a melodious, song-like tone is prohibited, just as singing the Qur'an in a non-reverent style is forbidden. This distorts the meaning of the sacred words.✿ Words of Iqamah (Commencement Call)
