Praising Allah and Making Dua After Eating

Abu Umāmah (RA) reported:
When the tablecloth of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was lifted, he would say:
"All praise is for Allah — abundant, pure, and blessed. We could not fully fulfill the right of this food, nor is it a farewell forever, nor are we independent of it, O our Lord!"

Muʿādh ibn Anas (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"Whoever, after eating, says:
'All praise is for Allah Who fed me this and provided it for me without any power or might from myself,'
his past sins will be forgiven."
