My mother was breastfed by a woman who also had co-wives.
Are the children of those co-wives considered my maternal uncles (mamoo)?
Since the woman in question breastfed your mother, she becomes your maternal grandmother (nani) through milk-kinship (رضاعت).
Her husband becomes your mother’s milk-father, and consequently, your milk-grandfather (nana).
Now, because the co-wives of this woman are also wives of your milk-grandfather,
their sons are your milk-uncles (رضاعی ماموں).
