Sign of the Day of Judgment: The Golden Era of Peace and Security
وعن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ينزل عيسى ابن مريم إماما عادلا وحكما مقسطا فيكسر الصليب ويقتل الخنزير ويرجع السلم ويتخذ السيوف مناجل وتذهب حمة كل ذات حمة وتنزل السماء رزقها وتخرج الأرض بركتها حتى يلعب الصبي بالثعبان فلا يضره ويراعي الغنم الذئب فلا يضرها ويراعي الأسد البقر فلا يضرها
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Jesus son of Mary (peace be upon him) will descend as a ruler and a just judge, he will break the cross, kill the pig, restore peace and security, swords will be turned into ploughshares, every poisonous thing will lose its poison, the sky will bring down its provision, the earth will grow its blessings (plants) so much that a child will play with a serpent but it will not harm him, a wolf will graze with sheep but will not harm them, and a lion will graze with a cow but will not harm it.

عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه عن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم .... ويهلك الله فى زمانه المسيح الدجال وتقع الأمنة فى الأرض حتى ترتع الإبل مع الأسد جميعا والنمور مع البقر والذئاب مع الغنم ويلعب الصبيان بالحيات لا تضرهم
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: In the time of Jesus (peace be upon him), Allah will destroy the false Messiah (Dajjal) and there will be a period of peace and security on earth, so much so that camels and lions, cheetahs and cows, wolves and goats will graze together, and children will play with snakes but no one will harm anyone.

عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : فيبعث الله عيسى بن مريم كأنه عروة بن مسعود فيطلبه فيهلكه ثم يمكث الناس سبع سنين ليس بين اثنتين عداوة
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Then Allah will send down Jesus son of Mary (peace be upon him), as if he were Urwah bin Mas'ud, he will search for and kill the Dajjal, then people will live on earth for seven years and there will be no enmity between two persons.

عن أبى سعيد رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : يخرج فى آخر أمتي المهدي يسقيه الله الغيث وتخرج الأرض نباتها ويعطي المال صحاحا وتكثر الماشية وتعظم الأمة يعيش سبعا أو ثمانيا
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: In the last era of my Ummah, the Mahdi will appear. Allah will grant him abundant rain, the earth will grow its plants, he will distribute wealth justly, livestock will increase, the Ummah will become great, and he will live for seven or eight years.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: The Day of Judgment will not be established until the earth is filled with oppression and injustice, then a man from my progeny will appear who will illuminate the earth with justice and fairness just as it was darkened by oppression and tyranny.

Benefits:
➊ Before the appearance of Imam Mahdi, the earth will be darkened with oppression and injustice, then Allah Almighty will illuminate it with justice, fairness, peace, and security under a just ruler like Imam Mahdi.
➋ The era of Imam Mahdi, the Great Dajjal, and Hazrat Isa (Jesus) is concurrent. Imam Mahdi and Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) will together confront the Dajjal and his army and will utterly destroy them.
➌ In the golden era of Imam Mahdi, there will be peace and security everywhere, abundance of wealth, sustenance, and goods, and such an era will be unparalleled in human history.
➍ In this era, the nature of animals will change so much that two animals of opposite temperaments and enemies will become friends; the wolf will become a friend of sheep and goats, lions, leopards, cows, and camels will become friends and graze in the same pasture without harming each other because Allah Almighty will change their nature. ان الله على كل شئ قدير
➎ Children will play fearlessly with venomous creatures like snakes and dragons, and these creatures will not harm the children because Allah Almighty will withdraw their venom. ان الله على كل شئ قدير
➏ The mentioned hadiths are not against reason and observation because we have seen that a pet dog does not bite family members no matter how vicious it may be. A pet cat does not attack the chicks of the house but rather becomes a protector of household items. Therefore, when partial examples like these exist before us, what is the meaning of denying the appearance of such signs near the Day of Judgment?
➐ The mentioned sign of the Day of Judgment has not yet appeared, and the definitive knowledge of its appearance is only with Allah Almighty. However, according to the hadiths, after the destruction of the Dajjal and his armies, there will be a golden era.
