Should the Takbīrāt be recited after the obligatory prayers during the Days of Tashrīq?
Yes. During the Days of Tashrīq, it is legislated to recite the Takbīrāt aloud after the obligatory prayers.
﴿لِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ﴾
(Al-Ḥajj: 37)
“That you may glorify Allah for what He has guided you to.”
﴿وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْدُودَاتٍ﴾
(Al-Baqarah: 203)
“And remember Allah during the appointed days.”
Ibn ʿAbbās رضي الله عنهما explained:
“These are the Days of Tashrīq.”

Imām Aḥmad رحمه الله reported consensus (ijmāʿ) on this.

❀ ʿAlī رضي الله عنه recited the Takbīrāt from the Fajr of the 9th until after ʿAṣr of the 13th of Dhul-Ḥijjah.

Conclusion
- Reciting Takbīrāt aloud after the obligatory prayers in the Days of Tashrīq is legislated.
- It begins from Fajr on the 9th of Dhul-Ḥijjah and continues until ʿAṣr on the 13th of Dhul-Ḥijjah.
- This practice is proven by the consensus of the scholars, actions of the Companions, and has been the continuous tradition of the Ummah.
