Ruling on Using a Company Vehicle Without Permission

It is not permissible for an employee to use the company’s vehicle without its permission, because the vehicle is a trust in his possession.
Therefore, without the permission of the company or the government, using it is not allowed.
However, if the employee’s job duties are directly related to the use of the vehicle, then there is no harm in using it.
