The Ruling on Raising the Hands with the Additional Takbīrāt in the Eid Prayers

❖ Question
Is there any Marfūʿ, explicit, authentic, or weak Hadith that proves raising the hands along with the additional Takbīrāt in the Eid prayers?
Mawlānā Shams al-Ḥaqq ʿAẓīmābādī رحمه الله stated in ʿAwn al-Maʿbūd, Volume 1, Page 448:
"In the Eid prayers, raising the hands with the additional Takbīrāt is not established by any explicit Marfūʿ Hadith."
Similarly, Mawlānā ʿAbd al-Raḥmān Muḥaddith Mubārakpūrī رحمه الله authored an independent treatise titled al-Qawl al-Sadīd prohibiting the practice of raising the hands with the additional Takbīrāt in the Eid prayers.
Furthermore, Mawlānā ʿUbaydullāh Mubārakpūrī رحمه الله in Mirʿāt al-Mafātīḥ considered it preferable not to raise the hands and stated:
"On this issue, there is no explicit Marfūʿ Hadith, whether authentic or weak."
In addition, Muḥaddith al-ʿAṣr Shaykh Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albānī حفظه الله regarded raising the hands with the additional Takbīrāt in the Eid prayers as an innovation (Bidʿah).
Hence, the question is being asked:
"According to your knowledge and research, is raising the hands with the additional Takbīrāt in the Eid prayers established by any explicit Marfūʿ, authentic, or weak Hadith? And if it is not established, then what is the Sharʿī ruling regarding performing this act?"
