Ruling and Warning Regarding a Man Touching His Wife’s Buttocks with His Private Part

❖ Question
«وَمَا حُکْمُ مَسِّ ذَکَرِ الرَّجُلِ اِسْتَ الْمَرْأَةِ الَّتِیْ هِیَ زَوْجَتُه عَمَدًا اَوْ مِنْ غَيْرِ عَمَدٍ مِنْ غَيْرِ اَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فِيْهِ لِاَنَّ الدُّخُوْلَ فِيْهِ حَرَامٌ عَلٰی قَوْلِ الْجَمَاهِيْرِ»
Meaning:
If a man touches his wife’s buttocks with his private part deliberately or unintentionally, without intercourse, since according to the majority of scholars, anal intercourse is ḥarām, then what is the Shar'i ruling on this act?
❖ Answer
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā baʿd!
The act mentioned in the question is considered among the preludes to anal intercourse, therefore utmost caution is required.
«مَا ذَکَرْتَ فِی هٰذَا السُّؤَالِ هُوَ مِنْ مُقَدِّمَاتِ الْاِتْيَانِ فِی الدُّبُرِ فَالْحَذْر الحذر»
Meaning:
What you have described in this question is among the beginnings of approaching anal intercourse. So beware, beware!
Hādhā mā ʿindī wallāhu aʿlam biṣ-ṣawāb
