It is not permissible for an employee to use a company vehicle without the company’s explicit permission, as such property is considered an entrusted asset (amānah).
Therefore, using it without prior approval from the company or the government is unlawful. However, if the employee's job responsibilities are directly related to the use of the vehicle, then its use is permissible.
