Shar‘i Inheritance Division: Case of Mangi Ladhoshah and His Heirs

Mangi Ladhoshah passed away leaving the following heirs:
◈ Wife: Bibi Imam Zadi
◈ Four sisters: Bibi Mirzadi, Bibi Amna, Bibi Bachu, Bibi Zainab
◈ Cousin’s son: Syed Noor Shah

- Bibi Mirzadi passed away, leaving three sisters (Amna, Bachu, Zainab) and cousin’s sons (Wali Muhammad, Mataro, Wadal, Haji Shah Muhammad, Meral, Hasan).
- Then Bibi Amna passed away, leaving two sisters (Bachu and Zainab) and the same cousin’s sons.
- Later, Bachu and Zainab also passed away, and their only heirs were the children of the cousin mentioned above.
What is the distribution of inheritance according to the Shari‘ah of Muhammad ﷺ?

① Funeral expenses are deducted.
② Debts are paid.
③ A valid will, if present, is executed up to one-third of the estate.
④ The remainder is distributed among heirs according to Shari‘ah.
