Sharʿi Punishment for Becoming a Hadith Rejecter or Adopting the Qadiyani (Mirzai) Belief

If a Muslim becomes a Qadiyani (Mirzai), then according to the scholars of Ahl al-Ḥadīth, if Islamic law is in effect, is he liable to the death penalty? And if an Ahl al-Ḥadīth person becomes a Hadith rejecter (munkir ḥadīth), what is the ruling concerning him?
Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, Ammā baʿd:
In Islam, the ruling for an Ahl al-Ḥadīth or any other Muslim who becomes a Hadith and Sunnah rejecter is the same as the ruling for an Ahl al-Ḥadīth or any other Muslim who adopts the Qadiyani (Mirzai) belief.
That is, under Islamic Sharīʿah, if a person becomes a rejecter of the Sunnah and Hadith, the same Sharʿi punishment applies to him as applies to one who accepts the Qadiyani creed.
May Allah grant us all success in this world and the Hereafter.
