Does Laylat al-Qadr occur on a specific night, or can it occur on any night of the last ten days of Ramadan? Kindly provide a detailed answer.
Answer:
It is narrated by Sayyidah Aisha (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:
«تحروا ليلة القدر فى الوتر من العشر الاواخر من رمضان»
[Bukhari, Kitab Fadl Laylat al-Qadr: Chapter on Seeking Laylat al-Qadr in the Odd Nights of the Last Ten Days]
"Seek Laylat al-Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan."
From this Hadith, it is evident that Laylat al-Qadr occurs during the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan. However, no specific night has been fixed for it.
On some occasions, Laylat al-Qadr has been found on the 21st night.

And at other times, it has been found on the 27th night.
